For regions where we have active coverage, we can typically match providers within 48 hours. For ongoing or high-volume arrangements, we work with you to build a dedicated provider panel that meets your scheduling requirements.

There are no upfront costs or platform fees for partners. You pay a competitive hourly rate for each session delivered, which includes all provider fees, insurance, compliance management, and platform administration.

Absolutely. We understand that continuity of care is critical, especially in aged care settings. You can request preferred providers, and we prioritise matching them to your recurring bookings wherever possible.

Thera invoices after each service is completed and clinical documentation has been submitted by the provider. Clinical notes are delivered to you instantly via email or available on demand through our Partner Portal. All documentation is Support at Home and NDIS compliant.
